Now that you have completed your manuscript, the next step is to seek representation by submitting your work to the agent of your choice.

Part of your submission will be your already critiqued and edited manuscript (most usually the first three chapters/ scenes etc are asked for), and a synopsis of the entire story.

Many writers fall down at this stage.

Imagine the scenario: you have slaved over your novel for months or perhaps even years, and naturally you consider every word to be valuable and non negotiable. Now the agent is asking you to summarise your work in a page or two.

Like all our services, the WordPlay Synopsis is a two step process.

STEP 1: MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

Each block of 1,000 words (or part thereof) is considered as a single Unit. When making payment, calculate the number of units of reading and synopsis writing you are buying. For example, if your work is 86,500 words long, you would pay for 87 units of synopsis work, and make a payment of £87.00.
